As I sat in the first seminar of Medical Humanities, one of the bioethics classes I’m taking this semester, John and Ari were not missing me at all:
Each on our respective adventures: them trying out the new backpack around the arboretum; me discussing the evolution of the male midwife. Win-win.
They are having such a good time!!!! Daddy-baby bonding!!!! OH MAN!!!!!
John is an ER doc, right? Is that how he manages to have time during the day to take care of Ari—non-daytime shifts?
It’s the best!
And, yes, you’re right–ER doc 🙂 It means we don’t get as many family dinners or weekends together, but it’ll be will especially helpful for planning things like Ari’s doctor’s appointments when I’m back full time.
Really? Ari kind of looks like “this is fun, but I wish other dada were here…” 🙂
Awww, hahaha!
