I recently learned that 30 Rock ‘s Liz Lemon’s catch phrase “I want to go to there” was swiped from Tina Fey’s young daughter Alice (maybe everyone already knew?). And I keep watching Ari–that must be exactly what she’s thinking. Oh my goodness, it’s going to be ridiculous when she can communicate with words and phrases! And we’ll be in so much trouble.
Look at how excited she is about a stick!
Tired of pictures yet? You’ll let me know?
How could we possibly tire of pictures like that? I’m not even related to any of you, and I think they’re adorable!
Awww, thank you!! Just don’t want folks to get too bored with the same photo session–but I just love so many!
I will never be tired of these amazing pictures! And I’m glad you’re breaking them up – otherwise I’d look at a few and then scroooooll down because I have zero attention span. So from an attention-span-deprived reader, thank you! And ohhhh my goodness she is so adorably chunky!
Oh thank you! And I feel the same way when there are 20+ pictures in one blog entry–I’m with you! How does it feel to be back?!
BTW, I cannot tell you enough how sweet your children are, and how amazing you are for carrying twins SO long, and that they are both so healthy (among other things, of course)…it’s such a feat! (I’ve unfortunately seen my share of not-so-healthy multiples :/) xoxo
Always more pictures. Please. 🙂
Granted! Will continue! xoxo and thank you!
1. Definitely not tired of pictures – even though I think I saw all of them already. More please! 2. Super weird coincidence but I had a dream that me, you, Stephie, Erica, Liz, Alex and Julie C. were watching the premiere of Tina Fey’s new show (in dream world. No such thing in real life yet). It was called Good Days/Bad Days and the whole opening scene was Tina’s character and another character dresses as sandwiches trying to eat each other. We weren’t super impressed.
Oh my goodness, hilarious!!!! Love fun dreams with people I love 🙂
…isn’t it absolutely amazing to rediscover the world through the eyes and experiences of a little kid? I mean, who knew even before they could talk, kids could be so dang fun?!?! I see it every day with our daughter, and I see you know it from yours! 🙂
Yes! Perfectly said 🙂 And thank you.
Part of the fun of looking at her pix is that you and John so clearly want to help her to discover her world. None of this stand-offish business. Yes! Look at that stick, or earthworm, or whatever it is! Crawl around under furniture! Be a baby! I love the way you engage with her!
I love the way she engages with me!! The best!!! thank you 🙂
I should clarify—that “you” was plural. (Oh, the shortcomings of English!) I love the way that both you and John engage with her. But I’m sure you’re fine with my inclusion of her daddy!
Haha, oh absolutely 🙂
Not ever tired of pictures!
hahaha! aww, so glad 🙂
