It means “spontaneously cute”, right? Like when my dog wakes up from a nap, decides to snort & wiggle furiously on his back for a few seconds and then rolls to a new side and goes back to sleep?
(BTW, I love reading this. It makes me want to go to med school, but I just signed up to take the FE and I have a feeling they might interfere.)
